Done my first term test paper, Accounting yesterday morning. It is easy for those taking Acc before, because the test only cover a small part of Acc which is quite basic.

Last Sunday, I was surprised when I found that Agnes Monica was having lunch in BA. I went to ask for taking a picture after knock off. She is very friendly and looked pretty even with light make up.

Recently, while I was doing research, found an interesting article. It's about some common misconceptions about weight-loss methods.

What are the myth ?

Sleeping less helps mee lose wight because I burn more calories staying up throuh the night

Green tea will boost my metabolism

Liquied meals contain the necessary nutrients so they be substitutes for normal meals

Drinking milk will make me fat

Stress from working long hours will help me lose weight

If I go straight for drinks and skip dinner, I will imbibe less calories

Chew each bite of food 25 times

Drinkong lots of water will hel me lose weight

A high-protein/low carbohydrate diet is a healthy way to lose weight

Skipping meals is a good way to lose weight

I should not eat after 8 pm

If I can lose weight by counting calories or cutting carbs, I don't really need to excercise

If u are overweight, you should not jog becasue it puts a strain on your knees

I must cut out desserts entirely
