I can say that this second time trying of baking is better than the first time.

He got the right measurement of egg white. It should be 2 cups instead of 1 1/2 cups.
She got the right temperature, 120 instead of 140.
And as for me, got the right measurement of sugar.
What I need to improve is decrease the amount of almond, increase the baking time, and devide into 3 baking tray instead of 2.
